Return & Exchange Policy

Please send the items back with all packaging materials intact. Please understand that the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. Please choose a reliable carrier that offers packing insurance and a tracking number to ensure that the item is shipped safely. Once items are received by us, we will inspect the item for any damages. Any alterations, damages, or missing items may be subject to a reduced refund or revocation of refund. Any inquires of returning an item after the 14 day return period may be denied.
